Just purchased the game via Steam and for me it is unplayable.
Already on the in game menu the cursor is a bit slow. Upon starting a new game it get's worse, the intro text is drawing really slow. When I finally enter the game, the little "movie" or scripted event scrolls slow with heavy lagging. At last ,when trying to move the cursor or move the party it's so slow and laggy that it's impossible to click or navigate precisely.
I've tried to adjust the graphics setting, lowering it without any success. Also tried compatibility mode for Win7 and XP, but no luck.
I would really appreciate is someone has any tips or tricks that could fix this problem.
My PC:
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 460
Driver version: 320.49
CPU: intel Core i7 965 @ 3.20GHz
Memory: 6GB
Disk: Intel SSD
Operating system: Windows 8 Ent.
