Bugs with Leck Lorus

Hello, this game is perfect. But I think that I found bugs with Leck Lorus Skills. Astral Burn Level 4 do not burn mana and Fear Level 4 do not make Damage. (I am Level 20 in ACT III with him). Have some other this experience.

Are you sur they never deal any damage ? (I don't have any problem with this skills so I don't know what real problem it could be)
Some ennemy can immun themself or teammate with complete invulnérabilty against all type of damage (Organist, dark Paladin, etc..) so may be you just miss that ? If they are immun, you will fear them (it's control effect) but damage will not apply for exemple.

(Immun effect are "increase" so you can dispell them with Denzil or steal them with Wendaroo ).
