Help with puzzle in Wheel Sword hideout

I'm having trouble with this puzzle - as far as I know, I should have already completed the puzzle since all the symbols were properly constructed. Any suggestions on where I did wrongly? Or is this a bug?

Right-most symbol, you have an extra line from the center to the bottom left corner.
At least that is what it looks like to me.
